What the options mean

"The deal room" is the members-only channel where on-market, off-market and pocket listings across the four Atlantic provinces are shared between people who can close. It is a private WhatsApp group called the Commercial Real Estate Group. "The evenings" are the invite-only gatherings at a private venue on the Halifax waterfront. Approval and a place at a particular evening are separate decisions, because each evening is limited by the venue's capacity.

No. There are no fees. The group is sponsored by Indi Mortgage Commercial Division.

Who gets approved?

Primarily active commercial real estate investors and owners in Atlantic Canada, with a limited number of professionals who add value to the room. Applications are reviewed for relevance and fit, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.

Why do you ask for my phone number?

For invitations and event-day texts only. The deal room is a private WhatsApp group, and the address of each evening is sent by text as well as email. We do not call you to sell anything.

How do I get invited to the next evening in Halifax?

Apply here. Requests for an evening are reviewed against the venue's capacity, and the address is sent only once your place is confirmed.

What happens to my information?
