Commercial Group Canada is a private network of commercial real estate investors, owners and developers across Atlantic Canada, and it is open to Prince Edward Island. Members take part in the deal room, a members-only channel, and at invite-only evenings in Halifax.
To be clear: Commercial Group Canada does not hold events on the Island. The evenings are in Halifax.
Are there commercial real estate investor groups on Prince Edward Island?
The Island has an association for rental property owners and a small investor meetup group. For a private room of commercial investors and owners, Island investors can join Commercial Group Canada, which covers all four Atlantic provinces and meets in person in Halifax.

- BOMA New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. The Building Owners and Managers Association for the two provinces.

How Island members take part
Applications are welcome from investors, owners and developers in Charlottetown, Summerside and across Prince Edward Island. Day to day, members take part in the deal room, where questions, introductions and opportunities move between all four provinces. The evenings are in Halifax, about three and a half hours from Charlottetown by road over the Confederation Bridge.
The value of a regional room is reach: investors, owners, lenders and brokers from across Atlantic Canada, not only the Island.

Commercial Group Canada is a private commercial real estate network covering all four Atlantic provinces and welcomes applications from the Island. Its in-person evenings are in Halifax.

No. The in-person evenings are held in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Island members take part through the members' deal room and travel to Halifax for the evenings.
