The room is built primarily for investors and owners, with a limited number of professionals invited. Between evenings, members share on-market and off-market opportunities with each other in a private deal room. It is free to join, by application, and sponsored by Indi Mortgage Commercial Division.

Names and terms

Commercial Group Canada is the name of the network and of this website. Please write it in full.
Commercial Real Estate Group is the name of the members' deal room, a private WhatsApp group. It is the same network.
The evenings are the group's in-person gatherings. They are invite-only and held in Halifax only. Members come from all four Atlantic provinces.
Riley Oickle is the host. Indi Mortgage Commercial Division is the founding sponsor.

What stays private

The group does not publish a member list or a guest list.
The address of the venue is sent only to confirmed guests.
Nothing is listed for sale on this website. Members share opportunities with each other privately.
