Commercial Group Canada is a private network of commercial real estate investors, owners and developers across Atlantic Canada, and it is open to New Brunswick. Members take part in the deal room, a members-only channel, and at invite-only evenings in Halifax.
To be clear: Commercial Group Canada does not hold events in New Brunswick. The evenings are in Halifax.
Are there real estate investor groups in New Brunswick?
Yes, a few, and they do different things. Commercial Group Canada is a private, by-application network for commercial investors and owners across the Atlantic provinces, including New Brunswick. Within the province there is an association for rental housing providers and an open investor meetup in Moncton.

- Rental Housing Providers of New Brunswick. The provincial association for rental housing providers, and the new name of the New Brunswick Apartment Owners Association. Its 2026 annual conference is on 29 October 2026 in Moncton.
- Moncton Real Estate Investor meetup. A free, open meetup at Gahan House in Moncton, usually on the first Tuesday of the month. It has more than 300 members on Meetup.
- BOMA New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. The Building Owners and Managers Association for the two provinces.

Moncton, Fredericton and Saint John
Applications are welcome from investors, owners and developers anywhere in New Brunswick, including Moncton and Dieppe, Fredericton and Saint John. What matters is that you do commercial real estate in Atlantic Canada and bring something to the table.
The evenings are in Halifax, which is roughly two and a half to three hours by road from Moncton and four to four and a half from Fredericton or Saint John. Members get first notice of every date, so a trip can be planned around one.

Moncton has a free, open investor meetup listed on Meetup, and the province has an association for rental housing providers, Rental Housing Providers of New Brunswick. Commercial Group Canada is a private commercial real estate network that covers all four Atlantic provinces and welcomes applications from New Brunswick. Its in-person evenings are in Halifax.
Does Commercial Group Canada hold events in New Brunswick?
No. The in-person evenings are held in Halifax, Nova Scotia. New Brunswick members take part through the members' deal room and travel to Halifax for the evenings.
